Our courses are designed to deliver risk-related training for the whole organisation.  Some are for professionals working in operational, safety, compliance, and management roles—particularly in high-risk or highly regulated sectors, and these are supported by courses designed for the whole workforce, such as our general awareness courses.  Some courses, such as GDPR, are specifically designed for owners of small businesses and those with responsibility for management of personal data.  This is explained in the course description for each individual course.

Most courses are short, and could take as little as 15 minutes to complete.  A couple of the courses could take up to 90 minutes.  All courses lengths can be seen on the course description.

Of course you can!  Just drop us an email and we can send an invoice.  You won’t have to wait for payment as we will set up the account and course as soon as we have the invoice details.

Absolutely. On successful completion of a course, you’ll receive a downloadable certificate—ideal for CPD records, compliance audits, or sharing with your employer.

Most of our courses are stand-alone courses which you can complete with no prior knowledge or experience; the course will start with the basics and build it up, making it suitable for both new learners and experienced professionals looking to refresh their knowledge.  A couple of the courses, such as Decision -Making and Crisis Communications, are designed to be part of a series of training courses, and are best completed sequentially.  Where this is the case, an explanation will be given in the course description.

Your progress is saved automatically, so you can start and stop as needed. You can also revisit completed modules anytime for revision.

All our courses can be purchased for use by your own organisation. We offer a number of options for this:

  • You can use the course as hosted on our website – simply contact us, and we can upload the details for all your staff, and we will also provide regular updates on completion statistics for your staff for your records.
  • We can tailor the course to your organisation, by using your corporate colours and logo, and setting questions based on your plans and procedures. We can even embed your documents in the course. The course will be completed on our website. We will additionally provide regular updates on completion by your staff for your records.
  • We can provide the course on a licensed basis as a SCORM 1.2, 2004 or Tin Can/xAPI package for use on your own LMS systems, tailoring the course to your organisation, policies and procedures. This will give you the ability to make the training available over a greater period of time which is particularly useful if you have a high turnover of staff. It also means that your staff will be able to complete the training in a familiar environment.
